Terms of service
Updated 4 October 2026.
Operator
EPUBTurn is operated by Good Pixel Limited. Contact info@goodpixel.ai for account, payment or service questions.
Your files
You must own the files you upload or have permission to process them. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or material whose processing would violate another person's rights. You keep your rights in your files. You give Good Pixel Limited permission to process them only as needed to provide, secure and operate EPUBTurn.
The conversion service
EPUBTurn uses automated systems to convert PDFs into EPUB files. Layout, text, illustrations, tables and navigation can change during conversion. Review the free sample before purchasing credits and check important content against the source PDF. EPUBTurn does not promise perfect transcription, identical layout, compatibility with every reading device, or uninterrupted availability.
Accounts and credits
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials private. One page credit pays for conversion of one eligible source page. The site shows the required credit amount before a full conversion begins and asks for confirmation before credits are used. Unused purchased credits remain associated with the account while the service and account remain available. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Payments and failed work
Stripe processes card payments. Prices and currency are shown before checkout. If a conversion fails before an eligible page is delivered, EPUBTurn returns the page credit according to the service records. Returning credits is separate from returning money. Read the refund policy for payment refunds.
Storage and deletion
Uploaded PDFs and generated files normally expire seven days after upload. Download the EPUB before the displayed expiry date. You can request earlier deletion using the available product controls. Read Privacy and file storage for details.
Service changes and suspension
Good Pixel Limited may change limits, pricing or features, or suspend access needed to protect customers, the service or third parties. Material price changes apply to later purchases. We may close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful uploads or attempts to interfere with the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EPUBTurn is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. Good Pixel Limited is not responsible for loss caused by relying on converted text without checking it, failing to download a file before expiry, or using a file without the necessary rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
