Who operates EPUBTurn
EPUBTurn is operated by Good Pixel Limited. For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, email info@goodpixel.ai. Please do not attach sensitive documents to your initial enquiry.
What we process
We process your PDF, filename, page count, extracted text and images, and EPUB to provide conversion and downloads. Session information keeps your document connected to your browser. We keep account and hashed connection identifiers with a renewal time to enforce one free PDF every 24 hours. People sharing a connection may share its free allowance. For registered customers, we store the email address, a password hash, credit balance and purchase records needed to provide the account. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google account identifier and verified email address to create or access your EPUBTurn account. Google processes the sign-in through its identity service. We do not request access to Gmail or Google Drive. Existing email/password accounts must be signed into before linking Google.
Seven-day document expiry
New uploads expire seven days after upload. At expiry, access to the PDF and converted files ends, and automatic cleanup removes them from active storage. Cleanup can take additional time, including when processing is still running. Converting or reopening a document does not extend the deadline. Download your EPUB before the expiry date shown beside your file.
You can choose Delete files for earlier removal when processing is not running. Backup copies, soft-deleted cloud storage and external provider records may remain longer. Seven-day access expiry is not a guarantee that every copy held by every provider is erased at exactly seven days. Account, payment and security records are separate from document files.
Without signing in, you can access your sample in the same browser for 24 hours. Download it within that time or create an account to keep access until the seven-day file expiry. Signing into your account restores access to unexpired documents and purchase history. We do not email download links or ask you to save a recovery code.
Cloud processing
Conversion sends selected page images to Google Gemini and to providers through OpenRouter, including DeepSeek. These services can process data outside your country and have their own data policies. Do not upload sensitive material unless you are comfortable with this processing.
Read the Gemini API terms and OpenRouter provider data policies. We do not claim that all provider requests have zero retention or are excluded from training under every account configuration.
Payments and browser storage
When checkout is available, Stripe hosts the payment form. Card details are entered with Stripe, not in the PDF upload form.
Essential cookies and browser storage maintain sessions and safe upload or payment retries. Without an account, clearing them removes your access to uploaded files. Registered customers can sign in again to access unexpired documents. The converter does not intentionally publish your uploaded files for other visitors.
