Refund policy

Before purchasing
Use the free sample to check whether EPUBTurn works for your PDF. The checkout page shows the price, currency and number of page credits before payment.
Unused credits
Purchasing credits adds them to your EPUBTurn account. A change of mind after purchasing unused credits does not automatically create a refund, except where required by law. Contact info@goodpixel.ai promptly if you purchased by mistake.
Failed conversions
EPUBTurn confirms the number of credits before conversion. If the service fails before an eligible page is delivered, the system returns the unused page credit to the account. A returned page credit can be used again and is not itself a cash refund.
If a system failure prevents delivery of a paid conversion and the returned credits do not provide a reasonable remedy, contact us within 14 days of the payment. Include the account email, payment date and PDF title, but do not email the PDF. We will review the service and payment records and may refund the affected payment or unused portion. Confirmed refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe.
Converted files
Differences in formatting, image placement or text caused by the source PDF do not automatically qualify for a refund. We will consider material failures where the delivered EPUB is not reasonably usable as a reading conversion and the free sample did not show the same problem.
Timing
Stripe and the customer's bank control the time needed for an approved refund to appear. EPUBTurn cannot redirect a refund to another card or payment method.
Legal rights
This policy does not remove any refund or consumer rights that apply under law.
